Refund policy

Cancellations & Refunds

·       Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Cancellation requests must be sent via the customer service email or phone within the allowed timeframe.

·       Once dispatched, cancellation or return is not permitted due to the perishable nature of food products.

·       Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

 

RETURN & REPLACEMENT TERMS

Due to the perishable nature of sweets and snacks, Vaidehi Foods follows a strict but fair return and replacement policy.


1. No Returns Policy

·       We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

·       Returns due to change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering are not permitted.


2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements or refunds may be offered only in the following cases:

·       Product received in damaged condition

·       Incorrect item delivered

·       Product missing from the order


3. Reporting an Issue

·       Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

·       Customers must share:

o   Clear photographs of the damaged product

o   Outer packaging and shipping label

o   Order ID

Requests without proper evidence may not be processed.


4. Resolution Process

·       Once verified, we may offer:

o   A replacement product, or

o   A refund or store credit (at our discretion)

·       Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.


5. Non-Eligible Cases

·       Delay caused by courier partners or uncontrollable events

·       Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer

·       Partial consumption of product


6. Final Authority

·       Vaidehi Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, refund, and replacement requests.
