• Other urban locations: 3–6 working days
• Remote or inaccessible areas: may take up to 7–10 working days
• These estimates are indicative and subject to logistic partner timelines.

1.3 Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges may be waived for orders above a specified minimum value.

1.4 Delivery Requirements

• Customers must provide accurate shipping address and contact details.
• Incorrect/misspelled addresses leading to delivery delays are customer’s responsibility.

1.5 Delivery Exceptions

• Delays due to public holidays, weather, natural calamity, strikes, etc., are not company liabilities.
• We shall not be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural calamity, pandemic, government restrictions, logistics disruption etc.
